The Passenger Survey section is anonymous and does not require the submission of your personal information. In addition to questions for the evaluation of our services and complementary services, the survey form contains fields for entering the flight number and airline and the date of travel, but these fields are voluntary and you do not have to fill them in. Please do not submit your personal information through this channel.
The praise/suggestions section is anonymous and does not require the submission of personal data. We recommend that you do not submit your personal information through these channels if you do not wish to share it with us.
The Complaints section collects a set of basic contact information for the implementation of the process. For more information on this, see the Privacy Statement for COMPLAINTS.
The contact section contains a web form for submitting your information if you want to get in touch with the Sarajevo International Airport staff if you have any questions, interests or comments.
The web check-in section contains links to airline websites that enable web check-in and validation of your boarding pass. In this process, Sarajevo International Airport only provides the link and does not collect any personal data.
Why do we process this personal data?
The data you provide through the communication channels provided by the Sarajevo International Airport website will only be used for the intended purpose of communication related to your inquiry (For more information, see the Privacy Statement for COMPLAINTS)
If you submit your personal data via the Passenger Survey or Praise/Suggestion, this data will be deleted in a timely manner and will not be used further.
How long do we keep this personal data?
The results of the passenger survey are processed in the form of statistical reports. The passenger's personal data is not stored for further processing.
Who do we share this personal information with?
Statistical data on the annexation of passengers and data related to praise and suggestions serve us to improve services and processes and may be shared with the management and Administration of Sarajevo International Airport, workers who participate in these processes, and external parties who participate in or influence the implementation of these processes (e.g. catering facilities, border police personnel, etc.). These statistical reports do not contain personal data.
